EasyDocuments.online provides an online tool to create, preview, and download marriage biodata documents as PDF files. The service is available on a one-time payment basis per download. No account creation or sign-up is required.
We currently offer:
All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay.
Because our product is a digitally delivered file (PDF download) that is provided immediately upon successful payment, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds.
However, we will issue a full refund in the following situations:
To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp support within 48 hours of the transaction with your Razorpay payment ID. Refunds, where approved, are processed within 5โ7 business days.
By using our service, you agree that:
All design templates, graphics, UI elements, code, and content on EasyDocuments.online are the intellectual property of EasyDocuments.online and are protected under applicable copyright law.
Upon completing a paid download, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the downloaded PDF biodata for your own matrimonial purposes. This does not grant you any rights to reproduce, sell, or distribute the templates themselves.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
We are not responsible for the use of biodata created through our platform or for any outcomes arising from matrimonial processes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, EasyDocuments.online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
